ATHLETES AND SUPPORTIVE PARENTS:
If you are looking for a program that will give you or your child the physical fitness capabilities and confidence to dominate in SPORT and LIFE... you have arrived. Our training program is designed to build all the physical qualities (strength, speed, durability, conditioning) and mental confidence that are required to not only participate but excel in sport and everyday life. Most youth athletes are now competing in sports all year round due largely in part to the sudden rise of clubs, AAU, and travel teams. Coincidently, it is no secret that the average health and fitness of our youth has been on a steady decline. We are now in a situation in which kids are competing in more athletics yet have a lower baseline of fitness, thus effectively presenting a host of problems, one of the most important being the safety of their own body. Building the proper levels of strength and fitness will help provide the necessary DURABILITY to safely compete in athletics all year round. Now more than ever have I seen youth athletes sustain more NONCONTACT injuries in sport, low back pain, elbow pain, knee pain, etc. Most of these issues can likely be traced back to athletes competing in sport while lacking the foundational levels of STRENGTH and FITNESS.

Our training program is all-encompassing. We use expert programming and knowledge to build the complete athlete: strength, speed, power, conditioning, and confidence. Our unique style of programming allows athletes to challenge themselves beyond the limits of which they thought they were capable of in a highly SUPPORTIVE and ENGAGING environment. Completed in a dynamic group setting we train all facets of human movement and athletic development.
I spent several days writing an article highlighting the past and present of our training program and what has made it currently so successful for every athlete that commits themselves to the program. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE INTERESTED IN OUR TRAINING PROGRAM TO READ. Link: https://www.parkstrainingtherapy.com/post/your-title-what-s-your-blog-about
Results speak for themselves, and any athlete who has participated in our training program that displays CONSISTENCY with their attendance, demonstrates EFFORT when training, and follows a NUTRITIOUS DIET/LIFESTYLE in accordance with our general recommendations will have success stories to share (some of which can be found in the "TESTIMONIALS") tab.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:
Memberships for our training program are run monthly and run from the calendar date of the day of the month you start on to the proceeding month's same calendar date. For example: if you begin to train on March 15th, you will have a covered membership up to April 15th at which point the next monthly payment would be due (Some instances prorated memberships for specific months will occur). During this period, you have access to UNLIMITED TRAINING SESSIONS. Yes... UNLIMITED. It is purposefully set up this way to incentivize athletes to train more frequently and to take advantage of their opportunities to get better. There are no quick fixes when it comes to training, performance, and health. Achieving high level performance and health is a long-term process and because of this we offer athletes the ability to train as frequently as possible. If you train off and on your results will be sub-optimal. Our athletes who make the best progress train multiple times per week all year round regardless of off-season or in-season.

PRICING/SCHEDULE:
If you have reviewed the service that you have interest in enrolling into underneath the 'services' tab and would like to discuss pricing and scheduling, please contact, and provide us with the information below so we may provide you with the accurate cost for the service requested:
- Service (training, physical therapy, bridge program)
- Age
- Sport/activity/goal(s)
The schedule for all training session days/times are made available to every enrolled parent/athlete by way of a Google Sheets document. With this document you are responsible for scheduling your own days/times for the week. If something comes up and you are unable to attend, you only have to simply remove your name from the sheet. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE signing up as early as possible and to avoid signing up 1-2 hours before the time you will be arriving. I plan training sessions according to who will be attending each session. If there are late sign-ups it is much more difficult for me to adjust after plans have been established.

NOTE:
Our UNLIMITED monthly training membership model is an incredible return on investment. How do I know this and have so much confidence in saying it?
The progression of youth sports programs over the past decade has seemingly turned into money grabs. Every year more and more clubs/AAU programs/travel teams pop up. Camps, tournaments, tournament teams, college showcases, etc. Some of which come with a price tag that parallels that of a household mortgage.
Out of curiosity, at the time of writing this (year 2023) I did a simple Google search of "college prospect camps". The first result that came up was a school native to Ohio which offered a day long baseball prospect camp for ironically the same exact price as a monthly training membership for our training program. Not only that, when we enrolled our 2-year-old daughter into gymnastics you can believe I was shocked to find out that even this was more of a financial investment than our training program. I do not provide these examples to shame nor expose, but rather to educate. To showcase the value of what we have to offer here: UNLIMITED training per month conducted by EXPERTS in the field. Training that can help shape the course of a youth athlete's life forever by instilling discipline, work ethic, and a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness. Our track record of transforming the lives of hundreds of athletes that dedicate themselves to this program is what separates us from the norm.

All payments are to be paid ON TIME. Period. Going several days (or weeks) past a due date is not only unacceptable but does not respect the business and owner.
What they are saying...
Shane Hamm - Archbishop Hoban High School 3x State Champion, Dayton University Football
Troy has been my speed/strength trainer for many years now and has helped
my agility/speed tremendously. Troy’s programs are as good as they come and
get you prepared to compete in anything that you plan to do. You would be hard
pressed to nd anyone who dedicated as much time and effort into each workout
he puts together. Troy has many athletes and each excel at what they do, and
this is a testament to his quality workouts. Troy has helped me take my
athleticism to the next level and I would recommend him to anyone looking to
become great.

Gabby Lamparty - South Range High School
Troy has been our daughters’ trainer since they were in elementary school.
He is an expert at his profession! His training has allowed them to compete at a
high level in multiple sports. He focuses on their weaknesses and turns them
into strengths. He knows how to push and challenge them in order to
accomplish their goals. We are fortunate for our girls to have him as their
mentor and look forward to them continuing their athletic performance at a
collegiate level.
Thanks Troy! You’re the best!

Callie Ford - Springfield Local High School, Geneva College Women’s Basketball record holder
Troy has helped me immensely through my college basketball career, and I am
beyond thankful for his dedication to helping me reach my full potential. Troy
excels at making great workouts that push you beyond your limits and bring
great results. Troy takes the time to evaluate you before making a workout plan
that is unique to you. Troy’s knowledge and commitment separates him from
other personal trainers I’ve worked with prior to him. Beyond that, he cares
abundantly about the person he is working with. He followed every game of
mine for four years, came to watch me play, and was always one of the first
people to congratulate me when I reached my goals. He has not only trained
me for sports but has also helped me rehab from injuries. He taught me the
importance of hard work and made training an enjoyable experience.
