ABOUT TROY
Troy Parks
DPT, CPPS, Owner
"No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care."
It was the winter of 2013 when Troy trained his first athlete at the age of 19. What began as a side job to help pay for college, ultimately turned into his passion and career. Since then, Troy has gone on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, and has trained/rehabilitated hundreds of athletes.

Troy lives his passion and is in a constant pursuit to better himself in order to maximize his athletes’ and patients’ lives. Troy’s specializations include sports performance, strength and conditioning, and sports rehab. It’s no surprise that over the years Troy has become a highly sought after coach and rehab professional as his results and athlete/patient experiences speak for themselves. No matter the goal, Troy will invest himself in you, to ensure your success.
2 - FAMILY
“When you work with me, whether it be training or rehab, you are not just a number in a facility. You are now a part of a family of like-minded, hard working individuals who share the ultimate goal of working towards a better you. This family will push you, support you, and pull for you to be successful.”
3 - EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE
“By blending the best available research, my personal experience in the field, and the athlete’s/patient’s values I will deliver the best product to service you.”
1 - PASSION
“This is my life. I live and breathe this. When hiring a coach, trainer, or therapist, it’s important to have someone who will go the extra mile for you - someone who will be truthful, hard working, and in your corner. I will not stop devoting myself to this profession, my athletes, and my patients until I leave this industry better than when I found it.”
4 - ATTITUDE
“If I am to demand a constructive and respectful attitude of my athletes/patients, then it must begin and end with myself. Whether it be the first session of the day or the last session of the week, it is my personal and professional responsibility to bring my best to the plate.”
